King Charles took a ride in a Challenger 2 tank
During his visit to the Tank Museum, King Charles III of Great Britain took a ride in a Challenger 2 main battle tank—the very same type of vehicle that London supplied to Ukraine in 2023.
During the event, the monarch also familiarized himself with the latest Challenger 3 tank, spoke with military personnel, and took part in an awards ceremony.
The Challenger 2 tanks transferred to Ukraine are in service with the Ukrainian Armed Forces and were used, in particular, during the operation in the Kursk region.
