He made this statement on social media platform X.
According to the French leader, with such attacks, Moscow is demonstrating a lack of military solutions and an inability to end its war of aggression.
Macron also emphasized that the latest strike has exposed the hypocrisy of Russian statements regarding a possible ceasefire.
The French president assured that Paris will continue to support Ukraine and work to end hostilities and achieve a just and lasting peace.
