The British Defense Minister has ordered the acceleration of the transfer of air defense systems to Ukraine
Defense Minister John Healy stated that he had ordered the immediate delivery of air defense technology and anti-drone systems to Ukraine following the Russian Federation’s overnight attack. According to him, the decision is aimed at strengthening the defense of Ukrainian airspace in the face of new massive strikes.
He wrote about this on the X platform.
“The attacks by Russian drones on Ukraine over the past 24 hours are shocking. We stand with Ukraine in the face of Putin’s aggression. Our thoughts are with Ukrainian families,” Healy wrote.
He also added that he has ordered the provision of air defense systems and anti-drone capabilities to Ukraine as soon as possible.
