On Sunday, air temperatures in Cyprus will rise to 37 degrees in Nicosia, while local precipitation is possible in the mountainous Troodos area. This was reported by Cyprus Mail, citing the meteorological service.
Daytime temperature
The hottest conditions will be in Nicosia, where a high of 37 degrees is forecast. Paphos is expected to reach 31 degrees, while Troodos will reach 29 degrees. In the afternoon, forecasters predict increased cloud cover in some places, which may bring isolated rain, mainly in mountainous areas.

Weather at night and at the start of the week
At night, the sky will be mostly clear, although cloud cover is expected over Nicosia and Limassol. Toward dawn, light fog is possible in Larnaca and Nicosia. Temperatures will fall to 19 degrees in Nicosia, 21 degrees in Limassol, and 17 degrees in Troodos.
Clear weather will prevail on Monday and Tuesday. The meteorological service also warned of possible dust in the atmosphere. By midweek, temperatures will gradually approach seasonal levels.
