A man was arrested in the Kyiv region for selling ammunition
A 37-year-old local resident was detained in the Bila Tserkva District of Kyiv Oblast for illegally selling ammunition.
This was reported with reference to the Kyiv Regional Police.
The investigation established that the suspect sold ammunition for 7,000 UAH. Subsequently, the suspect sold two grenades, UZRGM-2 detonators, and 100 7.62mm caliber rounds for 6,000 UAH.

“During an authorized search of the suspect’s residence, law enforcement officers also discovered and seized 100 5.6mm rounds and a grenade with an UZRGM-2 fuse,” the statement reads.
Forensic experts documented the seizure of the prohibited items. Police detained the man and placed him in a temporary detention facility.

Investigators, under the procedural guidance of the Bila Tserkva District Prosecutor’s Office, notified the suspect of charges related to the possession, acquisition, and sale of ammunition (Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
