Hangzhou Airport Employee Helps Family Change Flight After Relative’s Death
Wang Jin, an employee of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport in China’s Zhejiang province, helped a family urgently change its travel plans to Xi’an after the death of a close relative. A woman surnamed Zhou later thanked the airport employee in a social media post.
Missed evening flight
On the evening of August 13, Zhou and her parents learned of their relative’s death and needed to travel to Xi’an in Shaanxi province as soon as possible to arrange the funeral. Due to their distress, Zhou’s parents did not manage to complete mobile check-in for the flight and missed the last departure of the day.
