Putinist Yuriy Loza recounted how the Ukrainian Armed Forces ruined his summer
Russian singer Yuri Loza has officially canceled his planned summer vacation in the temporarily occupied Crimea following concerns raised by his loved ones.
The singer complained that the resort season had been completely ruined and noted that he would not be visiting Kerch in the near future due to safety concerns.
The reason for the change in plans was the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ regular and successful attacks on Russian military, oil, and logistics infrastructure on the peninsula.
The artist openly acknowledged that the situation in Crimea has changed significantly, and the area affected by explosions has expanded considerably in recent days.
Whereas previously the attacks were directed mainly at the illegally constructed Kerch Bridge, now Ukrainian Armed Forces units are systematically destroying the supply bases of the occupying forces.
Yuriy Loza emphasized that his relatives had directly urged him to refrain from traveling for safety reasons.
“Relatives from Kerch write that Ukrainians have been heavily shelling the city for the second day in a row. While they previously focused exclusively on attacks on the bridge, they have now shifted their attention to oil and supply routes,” the artist wrote.
In addition to the constant threat of airstrikes, the acute logistical crisis on the Crimean Peninsula itself has become an additional obstacle to the trip.
The singer admitted that he usually traveled there in his own car, but now such a route is impossible due to a severe fuel shortage.
The destruction of oil depots has led to significant disruptions at local gas stations, causing serious concern among potential Russian tourists.
“There’s no panic, but we’ve been advised to hold off on our traditional trip to Crimea for the time being, especially since we’ve always driven there, and the gasoline situation isn’t improving yet. In short, we want to go to the seaside, but our doubts won’t go away. We’ll think it over and hope for the best,” said Loza.
