Finland has concluded its investigation into the incursion of Ukrainian drones
In Finland, the National Bureau of Investigation and the Border Guard have concluded their investigation into four incidents in which Ukrainian military drones carrying explosives entered the country’s territory in the spring of 2026. The investigation determined that Finland was not the target of any of these drones, and there are no grounds for bringing criminal charges against anyone.
All four drones were heading toward Russian territory but changed course due to GPS jamming from Kaliningrad and wind conditions.

As a reminder, a drone was discovered on the coast of Finland.
The Finnish Border Guard identified the type of drone that was discovered on Tuesday on the coast of the Gulf of Finland near Porvoo. According to preliminary data, the drone is likely of Russian origin.
