Eight people died in a fire at a commercial building in China
A fire broke out early Thursday morning, August 20, 2026, in the Haigang District of Qinhuangdao, in the northern Chinese province of Hebei. The fire broke out in a commercial space on the first floor of the building, according to district authorities.
