A fire broke out in London, killing 16-year-old soccer player Tommy-Balle Dean.

The fire broke out on the afternoon of March 18 in a first-floor apartment of a residential building in the Southwark area.
According to emergency services, one of the teenagers managed to escape the building before they arrived, but he suffered severe burns to his face and was hospitalized. The other boy died at the scene. Later, social media reports identified the victim as a young soccer player.
Friends and acquaintances describe him as a sincere and kind-hearted person who supported others and stood out for his talent.
It is noted that Tommy-Ballee Dean played for the Rotherhithe U-16 team, was its top scorer, and scored the goal of the season. He was also on trial with the Gillingham U-15 club.
