Nicosia to host children’s festival supporting charities — Cyprus Mail

Nicosia Kids Festival, organized by Cyfield Group, will take place on October 18 at Old GSP Square in Nicosia, Cyprus. This will be the festival’s second edition: more than 6,000 people attended the first event, Cyprus Mail reports.

Festival program

The event is called A hug for the children, which can be translated as “A hug for children.” It will run from 10:00 to 19:00. The program includes creative workshops, games, music, and dancing.

Participation of non-profit organizations

Fourteen non-profit organizations will take part in the festival for the second consecutive year. They include Hope for Children, the anti-domestic violence association Spavo, and the Alkinoos Artemiou Foundation.

Each organization will have its own kiosk at the festival, where it will present its work and sell products. The proceeds will be transferred directly to the charities participating in the event.
