Body of third child found in canal in Pakistan — Dawn
In Pakistan, the body of the third child from one family was found in a canal near Jhelum. According to Dawn, the body of Umar Zeeshan was discovered in the Harri Sharif area on the fourth day of the search operation.

Mirpur district emergency service officer Sardar Najam Sadozai said that the bodies of the other two children, Noor Fatima and her sister Fajar Zeeshan, were found on Thursday. The search for Umar was complicated by the strong current in the canal.

Police version
According to Jhelum police investigation unit chief Sikandar, a resident of Dina tehsil who had poor relations with his wife allegedly threw his three children into the canal last Tuesday. The official said that after being detained by Mangla police, the man confessed to the act.
