In Russia, esotericists have joined the fight against the fuel crisis — SZR

In Russia, amid the worsening fuel crisis, the services of sorcerers, magicians, and esoteric practitioners are gaining popularity; they promise drivers that, through rituals, they can reduce fuel consumption or even “draw” gasoline and diesel into the fuel tank.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, in many regions of the Russian Federation, motorists are forced to wait in line around the clock just to fill up with 10–20 liters of fuel. Despite attempts by Russian authorities to contain the crisis through quotas, ration cards, schedules, and other restrictions, the situation remains tense.

Against this backdrop, esoteric practitioners are actively advertising their services. In particular, they offer to perform “wax casting” to remove negative energy, set up a runic spell, find so-called “magic needles” inside the car, or purchase various amulets.

According to the SZRU, the cost of such services ranges from 1,500 to 16,000 rubles. Specifically, a “wax casting” costs about 1,500 rubles, setting up a runic spell costs 7,000 rubles, and a “search for magic needles” costs 9,000 rubles. They also offer the “Bear’s Paw” amulet for 15,000 rubles or a magical ritual involving salt and a gold ornament for 16,000 rubles.

As noted in the report, given that gasoline on the Russian black market costs between 250 and 500 rubles per liter, such “magical” services seem relatively affordable to many Russians.

The organizers of such rituals claim that they are supposedly capable of reducing fuel consumption or “attracting” fuel to the car’s tank. At the same time, clients are warned not to tell anyone about the ritual, otherwise it will supposedly lose its power.

This was reported on July 16 by the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.

As a reminder, deaths of drivers have been reported in Russia while waiting in lines for gasoline amid the fuel crisis.

In Russia, companies are being created as clones of Chinese brands, exploiting their reputation and hindering the original companies’ entry into the Russian market. This is stated in a July 13 report by the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.
