Oktoberfest opens in São Paulo and Corinthians play Fluminense — The Rio Times
In São Paulo, Brazil, on Sunday, September 20, Oktoberfest opens at Ibirapuera Park, while Corinthians will host Fluminense at the Neo Química Arena stadium. According to the Climatempo forecast, temperatures in the city will range from 15°C to 27°C, the probability of precipitation is 71%, and expected rainfall is up to 9.7 mm.
As The Rio Times reports, Oktoberfest will run from 14:00 to 23:00 at the Arena de Eventos in Ibirapuera Park, with entry through Gate No. 10. Children aged up to 11 will be admitted free of charge. The festival program includes gastronomic offerings, including 30-centimeter sausages, as well as products from more than 70 craft breweries.
Museums and cultural program
MAM, near the festival venue, will welcome visitors free of charge from 10:00 to 18:00. It is hosting the 39th Panorama da Arte Brasileira — the exhibition Depois que tudo foi dito. At Japan House on Paulista Avenue, the Shiro exhibition will be open free of charge.

At 17:00, Theatro Municipal will stage Verdi's opera “Don Carlo,” performed by the first cast led by Atalla Ayan and Ailyn Pérez. The performance will last 270 minutes, and tickets cost from 47 to 290 Brazilian reais.
Football and city events
