In Venezuela, rescue workers saved a boy who had spent six days trapped under the rubble following the powerful earthquakes that struck on June 24. The child was successfully freed from the debris of a building and taken to a hospital.
Venezuela’s acting president, Delcy Rodríguez, reported that the boy, named Kliber Moran, was pulled from the rubble of the Los Corales Garden 1 residential building in La Guaira state.
The rescue operation was carried out by specialists from Jordan.
After being rescued, the child was hospitalized at a medical facility in Caracas, where he is receiving all necessary medical care.

As a reminder, on June 24, Venezuela was rocked by two powerful earthquakes measuring 7.2 and 7.5 on the Richter scale, which occurred 39 seconds apart.
