Video: Residents of Bakhmut were detained for attempting to enter Putin's reception office

Video: Residents of Bakhmut were detained for attempting to enter Putin's reception office

In Moscow, near Vladimir Putin’s reception office, Russian security forces violently detained residents of the devastated city of Bakhmut and surrounding towns who were trying to secure compensation for their lost homes.

The police prevented the victims from entering the building, using force and special equipment against the protesters

To disrupt the peaceful visit by an initiative group from Donbas, Russian authorities staged a fabricated provocation involving planted individuals.

Unidentified organizers sent a group of so-called “animal rights activists” to the reception area, who deliberately provoked a loud confrontation with the refugees.

Immediately after the altercation began, law enforcement units arrived at the scene, acting according to a prearranged scenario.

During the mass clearance of the square, security forces used brutal physical force to knock one of the leaders of the IDP initiative group to the ground.

The man was roughly detained and shoved into a police vehicle, while the officers ignored the outrage of witnesses.

A female provocateur stood calmly nearby the entire time, overseeing the operation, and later drove away unhindered with the police officers.

“This is exactly how Russia ‘frees’ people,” the detained man managed to exclaim before he was locked in the police van.

Journalist Denis Kazansky emphasized that this incident was a telling example of the Kremlin’s actual policy toward the occupied territories.

The Russian leadership refuses to take financial responsibility for the destroyed infrastructure.

“This is Russia’s true attitude toward the residents of Donbas. First, they destroyed and took everything away, and now they’re also humiliating them in a demonstrative manner,” the journalist wrote.

A video of this incident was shared by the well-known Ukrainian journalist Denis Kazansky.

In Russia, authorities refuse to sound sirens during drone attacks for fear of causing panic

Ukrainian drones attacked the Russian ferry “Panagia,” which, according to Russian sources, was used to transport military cargo from the Krasnodar Krai to the temporarily occupied Crimea.

On the night of Saturday, June 21, drones attacked the port in Kerch in the temporarily occupied Crimea and the “Kavkaz” port in the Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation, resulting in fires at the facilities.

In the Dnipro sector, particularly on the temporarily occupied left bank of the Kherson region, Russian troops are increasingly facing supply and logistics challenges. Ukrainian defense forces have intensified pressure on key supply routes, further complicating the movement and delivery of resources to the occupying forces.
