Adele appeared at the British Grand Prix and sparked discussion online
British singer Adele’s appearance at the Formula 1 race in the United Kingdom caught the attention of fans. Social media users actively discussed her appearance and changes to her image.
The 38-year-old British singer Adele rarely appears at public events, so her appearance at the Formula 1 race immediately drew attention. Spectators noticed changes in the artist’s appearance and began discussing how she had become “completely different.” The British publication Daily Mail consulted experts to determine the possible reasons for these changes.
Dermatologist Alma Kamenitsa noted that significant weight loss alone can substantially alter facial features. According to her, after losing weight, Botox, fillers, or procedures to stimulate collagen production are often used to restore lost volume.
At the same time, the doctor emphasized that there is no evidence to suggest that Adele has undergone any of these procedures.
“Whatever her skincare routine may be, the overall result looks balanced, natural, and very much in keeping with her features. Adele looks fantastic,” Kamenitsa said.

She also added that after significant weight loss, a loss of facial volume and changes in skin condition are common.
Plastic surgeon Paul Benwell also noted that a reduction in facial fat tissue due to weight loss often alters facial proportions.
According to him, Adele’s case demonstrates how natural weight loss can make the face appear thinner and, at times, create the impression of a more pronounced aging effect even without surgical intervention.

Adele has previously spoken on multiple occasions about her significant weight loss, which has become one of the most talked-about changes in her appearance in recent years.
