Prince Harry explained why he didn't want to be a member of the royal family

Prince Harry stated that he never aspired to be a prince of Great Britain. According to him, he had long avoided fulfilling his duties within the royal family. He spoke about this during the InterEdge summit in Melbourne, where his wife, Meghan Markle, also spoke.

This is reported by the Daily Mail.

According to Prince Harry, he never wanted to be a member of the royal family. In particular, he spoke about his role as a prince of Great Britain. The Duke of Sussex’s reluctance to be a prince was influenced by the death of his mother, Princess Diana, who died in a car accident.

The prince explained that it was the title of Prince of Great Britain that led to his mother’s death. “After my mom died shortly before my 13th birthday, I said to myself, ‘I don’t want this job. I don’t want this role,’” Prince Harry stated.

The Duke also admitted that for a long time he had tried to distance himself from his duties as a prince. Therefore, his decision to step back from his obligations to the royal family and move with his wife, Meghan Markle, and their children to the United States was the right one.

Now, Prince Harry wants to use his title solely to draw public attention to important issues. “It took my mom’s life, and for a long time I was against it; for years I simply turned a blind eye to reality. Eventually, I thought to myself, ‘Wait, if someone else were in my shoes, how would they use this platform, these opportunities, and these resources to change the world for the better?’ And I also thought, what would my mom want? That’s what completely changed my perspective on everything,” Prince Harry explained.

A secret plan by the British Crown regarding Harry and Meghan has leaked online.

Prince Harry recently appeared on an episode of the American show “The Late Show,” where he performed in a comedy sketch in which he joked about U.S. President Donald Trump.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are teaching their children to do good deeds. Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet joined their parents and their Archewell Foundation, which partnered with Our Big Kitchen Los Angeles (OBKLA) to prepare meals for the local community.
