In Nigeria, Abisola "Abi" Ayoola and Oluwaseyifunmi "Araga" Sosanya, contestants in the 11th season of the reality show Big Brother Naija, were evicted from the project during the live broadcast of the seventh week. The episode was hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Premium Times Nigeria reports.

Following Abi and Araga’s eviction, 14 contestants remain in contention for the grand prize. Earlier, Whitney "Nomi" Chukwu was disqualified from the show, becoming the first contestant of the season to be removed from the project.

Seventh-week nomination

Abi and Araga were included on the list of nominees following a rule twist introduced in the seventh week. The contestants had to find 14 red envelopes in the house: one contained the word SAFE, while the rest contained GOTCHA. Kaevo found an envelope with an immunity card, and house leader Tram used the veto power to guarantee Kaevo immunity.
