Porsche Design announces 44 automotive studios in Florida and Texas — Motor1
Porsche Design and development company Newgard Development Group have announced the first US locations for the Porsche Design Concours project—in West Palm Beach, Florida, and Dallas, Texas. The complexes will combine private automotive studios with club spaces for owners of collectible cars. The West Palm Beach location is targeting an opening in 2028.
As Motor1 reports, each of the two complexes will include 22 studios, for a total of 44. Their size will range from 2,700 to 6,000 square feet, or approximately 251 to 557 square meters. The spaces will be sold by invitation only.
Private studios for car collections
Buyers will receive ownership rights to the studio itself rather than signing a lease agreement for vehicle storage. The premises are planned to include a mezzanine level, a full bathroom, a bar area, and a climate-control system for long-term vehicle storage.

The studios will be connected by The Concours interior gallery. According to the companies' concept, it is intended to be a space for displaying cars and moving between the premises, rather than a conventional enclosed garage.
Club space and security
Each location will also feature a private club space for members. It is planned to include padel courts, spa and wellness areas, dining venues, private lounges, coworking space, and outdoor terraces. The project also includes event facilities, concierge service, and round-the-clock security.
The project will not be limited to Porsche owners: it is designed for collectors of cars of any brand. Porsche Design and Newgard Development Group said they are considering other centers of automotive communities in the US for a possible expansion of the network, but did not name any new cities.
