The prosecutor's office is demanding the demolition of an unauthorized structure in Kyiv to prevent the loss of land valued at 50 million hryvnias

The Dnipro District Prosecutor’s Office in Kyiv has filed a lawsuit seeking to revoke the registration of illegally constructed garages and a land plot in order to prevent the unlawful disposal of municipal land valued at 50 million hryvnias.

This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the investigation, an individual, through a private notary, registered ownership of two “garages” with a total area of 118.3 square meters on Andriy Abolmasov Street in the Dnipro district of the capital and added them to the garage cooperative’s fund.

Subsequently, a 1.4-hectare plot was formed in the State Land Cadastre for these properties, designated for residential and public development.

At the same time, it was established that the garages were unauthorized constructions, and the registration of the property and land could have been used to acquire the municipal plot without a competitive bidding process for subsequent development.

The Prosecutor’s Office is asking the court to overturn the decisions of the state registrars, annul the registration of the land plot, and order the demolition of the illegal structures.

Currently, the Kyiv Commercial Court has opened proceedings in the case.

As a reminder, in Odesa, the SBU detained three Russian agents who were planning terrorist attacks.

Additionally, a commander in the Kyiv region was exposed for extorting money from his subordinates.
