At least three people were injured in a drone attack in Kyiv
At least three people were injured on August 30 as a result of a Russian drone attack on Kyiv. Fires broke out in several areas of the capital, including a residential building in the Obolon district.
According to rescue workers, at least three people were injured as a result of the Russian strike. They were handed over to medical personnel. The most severe damage was reported in the Obolon district. There, after the strike, rooms on the second through fifth floors of a 12-story residential building caught fire. Rescue workers extinguished the fire, which covered an area of 80 square meters. The three injured were handed over to medical personnel for treatment.
The effects of the Russian attack were also reported in other districts of Kyiv.
In the Podil district, a drone struck a non-residential building. Firefighters are still on the scene extinguishing the blaze.
In the Holosiivskyi district, an administrative building caught fire. Firefighters have already extinguished the blaze.
In the Desnianskyi district, the attack caused grass to catch fire in an open area. The fire spread over an area of about 2 hectares, and efforts to extinguish it are ongoing.
