On September 12, Russian shelling left part of Dubna and the Rivne district without power.
“Part of Dubna lost power as a result of an enemy airstrike. There are also power outages in the Rivne district,” the official reported.
According to him, utility workers are already working to restore power.
Koval added that no one was injured as a result of the shelling.
