Fuel prices rose again in Ukraine on May 4
Ukrainian gas stations saw another increase in the price of gasoline and diesel over the weekend—prices rose by 1 to 4 hryvnias per liter, depending on the type of fuel and the chain.
Gasoline: A-95 rose by 1.00 UAH/L at most chains, while premium gasoline at Ukrnafta jumped by 4.00 UAH/L.
Diesel: Standard and premium diesel fuel rose in price by 1.00 UAH/liter across the board at all operators.
Autogas: Prices at gas stations remained unchanged over the weekend.
Ukrnafta offers the lowest prices—A-95 at 70.90 UAH/L, diesel at 87.90 UAH/L, and autogas at 47.90 UAH/L.
Major changes at gas stations over the weekend: The OKKO and WOG networks simultaneously raised prices by 1 UAH for standard A-95 gasoline (to 76.90 UAH/L), premium 95 (to 79.90 UAH/L), and both types of diesel fuel (to 90.90 UAH/L for Eurodiesel and 93.90 UAH/L for the premium line).
The SOCAR network also raised fuel prices by 1 UAH per liter for A-95, A-95 NANO, and diesel.
The largest increase was recorded at the Ukrnafta network for A-95 (Energy) gasoline: over the weekend, it rose by 4 UAH per liter.
Regular 95-octane gasoline at the company’s stations rose in price by 1 UAH, while diesel fuel increased by 1 UAH for regular and 1 UAH for premium diesel (Energy). At the same time, the state-owned network continues to maintain the lowest fuel prices among the aforementioned gas stations.

As a reminder, oil prices fell due to the UAE’s withdrawal from OPEC and tensionssurrounding Iran.
As a reminder, OPEC oil exports plummeted to a record low in March.
Earlier, OPEC+ agreed to a minimally symbolic increase in oil production amid the war in Iran, starting in May 2026.
