Manchester City beat Bournemouth thanks to Gvardiol's goal

In stoppage time, Rayan Cherki played a pass through the opposition defence, and Gvardiol turned and struck the ball into the net. The goal was initially disallowed for offside, but the decision was overturned after a VAR review. Aston Villa thrashed
In another match, Brighton & Hove Albion thrashed Aston Villa 4-0. All the goals, as well as Joao Gomes' sending-off, came in the first half. In the eighth minute, the ball rebounded off the post after Maxim De Cuyper's shot and went into the net off Victor Lindelof.
