Tubi to release series about Buffalo Bills fans and their Super Bowl pursuit — Rolling Stone

On October 21, the streaming platform Tubi will release the documentary series Just One Before I Die about the Buffalo Bills American football team, its half-century attempts to win the Super Bowl, and its devoted fans known as Bills Mafia. Rolling Stone reports.

Five episodes on Tubi

All five episodes of the series will become available on Tubi on October 21. The project was directed by Addison Henderson and Kevin Polowy, members of Bills Mafia and Buffalo natives.

LeBron James' company Uninterrupted served as a co-producer of Just One Before I Die. According to Henderson and Polowy, they spent nearly three years among Bills Mafia fans to portray their devotion to the team.

Participants and the team's season

The series features interviews with prominent Buffalo Bills figures Jim Kelly, Ryan Fitzpatrick, and Andre Reed. NFL commentators Adam Schefter and Nick Wright, as well as Buffalo native Chad Michael Murray, also took part in the project.

The series will be released during a season that the Buffalo Bills began with two victories. The team is led by quarterback Josh Allen, the NFL's 2024 Most Valuable Player. According to the publication, Las Vegas bookmakers considered the Bills the favorite among American Football Conference teams to reach the Super Bowl.
