Olga Kharlan explained her absence from social media

Six-time Olympic fencing medalist Olga Kharlan explained why she hadn’t been active on social media for over a month.

According to the athlete, the reason was a move to a new home, which coincided with the final stage of her pregnancy.

The 35-year-old fencer admitted that she went through a difficult period, jokingly calling it “a show called The Move.”

Kharlan noted that moving in her ninth month of pregnancy was a serious physical and emotional challenge for her.

According to her, due to her condition, she was unable to physically help with moving belongings, so her role was limited to organizing the process.

The athlete also said that she gets tired quickly during her pregnancy, and her energy lasts only until lunchtime.

As a reminder, Harlan put up for auction the saber she used to deliver the winning strike in Paris.

Olga Kharlan also revealed when she will return to the track.
