Ukrainian shooting champion Daria Dudka announced the birth of her daughter

Daria Dudka, a 40-year-old Ukrainian athlete with a distinguished record—a multiple champion and medalist at Ukrainian championships and cups in target shooting—announced a new addition to her family: the birth of her daughter, Angelina. 

The shooter humorously described the baby’s arrival, noting that the newborn girl had “successfully landed,” is feeling well, eating, and sleeping, and that her older son, Danylo, has officially assumed his new status and the title of big brother. 

The athlete also joked about their pets, who are in a state of shock and are trying to figure out who will be the main nanny, and added that her husband has completely lost his head over his love for their newborn daughter. According to the mother, all family members are alive, healthy, and very happy.

Daria Dudka is an experienced Ukrainian athlete who represented the national team at the Olympic Games in 2008 and 2012. Despite the new addition to her family, she continues her successful athletic career: in particular, in May 2026, the shooter won a silver medal at the European Championships in the 50-meter rifle three-position event, partnering with Serhiy Kulish.
