This time, the prince noted that the organization had made some progress, but technological development had complicated its work. He added that families, young people, specialists and human rights advocates had drawn institutions' attention to the potential harm of technology, but bans, legal settlements and payments are not a complete solution to the problem.

The conference also discussed risks associated with artificial intelligence. Hillary Clinton said that US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping should discuss these risks as part of international agreements.
