Glitches are being reported in the Ukrposhta app
On June 25, Ukrposhta warned users about temporary technical glitches in its official mobile app. The company notes that specialists are already working to restore stable service.
According to the company, on Thursday, June 25, the national postal operator’s app is experiencing temporary disruptions.
The cause was a nighttime cyberattack on Ukrposhta’s IT systems.
“Our specialists are already working on the restoration,” the company emphasized.
It is noted that Ukrposhta employees are doing everything possible to ensure that users can “return to using the app comfortably in the near future.”
“We will be sure to let you know as soon as everything is fixed. Thank you for your understanding, and we apologize for the inconvenience,” the company concluded.
