12 people are in critical condition following a rocket strike on Dnipro

As a result of Russia’s missile attack on Dnipro on Tuesday, 22 victims remain in the city’s hospitals.

This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, on his Telegram channel. According to updated data, 12 patients are in serious condition, while doctors assess the condition of the rest as moderate.

The victims suffered complex injuries, including wounds to the chest, abdomen, and limbs. Five more people are receiving outpatient treatment after receiving first aid. Psychologists are working with people who are in a state of severe stress following the enemy strike on the city.

Cleanup efforts are ongoing at the site of the strike, with all emergency services and medical personnel on the scene. The attack on civilian infrastructure occurred amid an escalation of the situation on the front lines and successful operations by the Ukrainian Armed Forces using the latest interceptor drones. While Dnipro is dealing with the aftermath of the shelling, the Russian economy is experiencing a systemic recession under the pressure of international sanctions and military spending.

On the afternoon of April 14, 2026, Russian troops attacked Dnipro. The strike resulted in civilian casualties, and a fire broke out at the site

Earlier reports indicated that five people were killed and another 25 were injured as a result of the missile strike on Dnipro.
