On September 3, 2026, the High Anti-Corruption Court will resume consideration of the Tymoshenko case

On September 3, the High Anti-Corruption Court will continue the preliminary hearing in the case of Yulia Tymoshenko, a member of parliament and leader of the “Batkivshchyna” party.

“During the hearing, we filed two motions for temporary access (motions requesting temporary access to documents—ed.). The court heard our requests, but the prosecutor did not address the second one. Therefore, the hearing will resume on September 3 at 10 a.m.," he said.

In response to a question, the attorney clarified that these motions concerned, among other things, granting temporary access to certain documents related to the registration of crimes.

This was reported by her lawyer, Oleksandr Gotin, in a comment to Ukrinform.

NABU and the SAP will investigate the origin of funds deposited on behalf of individuals implicated in a number of cases.

NABU and the SAP announced a special operation to expose a criminal organization which, according to preliminary data, operated under the leadership of current and former members of the Ukrainian Parliament and with the participation of high-ranking officials from the Office of the President and other individuals.
