The hryvnia is gaining ground: The NBU has set the exchange rate for June 15
The hryvnia-to-dollar exchange rate rose by 11 kopecks, pulling back from the psychological threshold of 45 UAH per dollar, according to data from the National Bank of Ukraine.
At the same time, the average selling rate of the US dollar in Ukrainian banks remains higher than the official rate, despite the hryvnia’s slight strengthening.
against the US dollar – 44.8144 UAH (compared to 44.9256 UAH on June 12);
against the euro – 51.8592 UAH (compared to 51.8352 UAH on June 12).
Thus, based on the results of interbank trading, the NBU set the official exchange rates for Monday, June 15.
