Iryna Mudra, the former deputy head of the Office of the President, has been detained.

She is currently at the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), where investigative proceedings are underway, and, according to People’s Deputy Oleksiy Honcharenko, she will spend the night in a detention facility.

Earlier reports indicated that searches were conducted at Mudra’s residence as part of a joint special operation by NABU and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO). Law enforcement authorities have not yet officially announced her detention.

NABU and the SAP have exposed a criminal organization operating under the leadership of a current and a former Member of Parliament of Ukraine, with the participation of high-ranking officials from the Office of the President of Ukraine and other individuals. Anti-corruption agencies have released the full audio recording related to the case.

As a reminder, Stolar confirmed that NABU conducted searches at his home as part of Operation Forest Gump.

Searches are also being conducted at Sens Bank as part of a special anti-corruption operation by NABU and the SAP.
