Ivan Fedorov will head the Reconstruction Agency, replacing Sukhomlyn
Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration, will step down from his post and take a new position in Kyiv. He is expected to head the State Agency for Infrastructure Recovery and Development of Ukraine, replacing Serhiy Sukhomlyn.
Ivan Fedorov may soon move from his leadership role in the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration to a position in the capital. According to Glavkom’s sources in the government, the current head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration has been selected for the position of head of the State Agency for Infrastructure Restoration and Development.
Fedorov is set to replace Serhiy Sukhomlyn, who is stepping down as head of the Agency. An official decision on the new appointment has not yet been announced.
Sukhomlyn took the helm of the State Agency for Infrastructure Restoration and Development in early October 2024. Prior to that, he had served as mayor of Zhytomyr since 2016. Sukhomlyn announced his intention to step down from leading the Agency following the formation of the new government.
