Arkady Krynitsky, acting head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Technical Support Center No. 3241 in Baryshivka, Kyiv Oblast, reported a cash gift of 645,000 UAH in his financial disclosure statement. The source of the funds was not specified.
The declarant is registered and resides in the village of Sadove, Berezanska Territorial Community, Brovary District, Kyiv Region. The declaration lists his wife, Tetiana Volodymyrivna Krynytska, who is also registered and resides at the same address.
All property is registered in the name of his wife, who is officially unemployed.
A 51 m² apartment in the village of Sadove, acquired on February 15, 2008. The declared value at the time of acquisition was 85,000 UAH. The owner is the wife, while the declarant has the right of use due to their cohabitation.
A land plot with an area of 2,027 m² (about 20 acres) in the same village of Sadove, acquired on September 27, 2008. The value at the time of acquisition is not specified. The owner is his wife.
MMVZ 311212 motorcycle (manufactured in 1992), acquired on July 16, 1993. Value according to the latest monetary appraisal: 10,000 UAH. The owner is the declarant.
Volkswagen Passat (2021 model), acquired on November 11, 2025. Declared value: 855,000 UAH. Owner: the wife; the declarant has the right of use.
The account at PrivatBank contains 26,000 UAH (owned by the declarant) and 800 USD.

Arkady Krynytskyi’s income: 547,000 UAH in salary from the Regional Service Center of the State Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
A cash gift of 645,000 UAH from citizen Oleg Oleksandrovych Krynytskyi was declared separately. The gift was recorded as income on October 28, and a Volkswagen Passat was purchased on November 11.
