The Southern Command responded to a video message from soldiers of the TrO Brigade
The command of the “South” military group (forces) stated that the situation involving the servicemen of the 121st Separate Territorial Defense Brigade is under the command’s direct supervision.
The command confirmed that the unit is carrying out combat missions in a complex and dynamic sector of the front, and that its soldiers are holding their positions under constant enemy fire.
The command highlighted the heroism and resilience of the soldiers and expressed gratitude to the military for their service.
At the same time, they noted that the information presented in the video message reflects only a specific fragment of the operational situation and does not provide the full context of the measures taken.
According to the “South” Group, over the past 30 days, approximately 240 kg of food supplies have been delivered to the positions of the 121st Brigade’s troops.
Currently, the command is implementing a series of measures to rotate the unit as quickly as possible.
“The top priority remains preserving the lives and health of the servicemen. The rotation will be carried out as soon as the security situation allows, so as not to expose personnel to critical risk during the redeployment,” the command stated.
The group also called on the public and the media to refrain from jumping to conclusions or making emotional judgments, emphasizing that the situation remains under the command’s control.

As a reminder, in 2026, law enforcement authorities opened 103 criminal investigations into the deaths of servicemen from the 425th Separate Assault Regiment “Skelya” that were not related to combat operations.
