Mindich’s people block state enterprise in Zhytomyr region, halting its operations
In Zhytomyr region, representatives of Timur Mindich within the State Property Fund, along with armed guards, have blocked the operations of the research enterprise “Rykhalske” in Zvyagilskyi district for the third consecutive week. According to media reports, the head of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration, Vitaliy Bunechko, authorised the use of uniformed personnel to seize the state enterprise.
Despite shootings, threats, and the ongoing blockade preventing locals from accessing their workplace for three weeks, Mindich—currently in Israel and suspected in the case—continues to exert influence through his proxies at the State Property Fund, who persist with the dismantling of the enterprise.
If the blockade is not lifted soon, the enterprise risks complete destruction. Local residents are calling for state authorities to intervene and restore normal operations.
