A distillery in the Kharkiv region that has been idle for over 15 years has been put up for sale
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put the property complex of the state-owned enterprise “Dublyansky Distillery” in the Kharkiv region up for privatization auction. The starting price for the property is nearly 13 million UAH.
The enterprise is located in the Bohodukhiv district and has not been engaged in economic activity since 2011. The complex includes 38 buildings and structures, 31 infrastructure facilities, and 25 pieces of equipment.
The auction will take place on July 2 via the Prozorro.Sales platform. The new owner will be required to settle wage arrears and budget debts within six months, as well as preserve jobs.

The state-owned construction company “Ukrbud” was successfully privatized at an online auction on June 18, 2025, as part of the large-scale privatization program.
The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) sold a group of non-residential premises in central Kyiv with a total area of 1,727.4 m² at an online privatization auction. Due to high competition, the lot’s price rose nearly 1,042-fold—from a starting price of 347,452 UAH to 362 million UAH.
