A drug lab generating up to 700,000 hryvnias a month was uncovered in Volyn

In Volyn, law enforcement officials dismantled a network involved in the manufacture and distribution of amphetamine. The clandestine drug lab was set up in a residential area in the Lutsk district.

According to the investigation, the organizer of the illegal operation was a resident of Lutsk who recruited several accomplices. The laboratory produced the psychotropic substance for subsequent sale.

According to preliminary estimates, the monthly income from amphetamine sales at “black market” prices amounted to approximately 700,000 hryvnias.

Investigative actions are currently underway, and all circumstances surrounding the drug ring’s activities are being established.
