NABU preparing notice of suspicion for Yermak
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) is conducting an investigation that may result in a notice of suspicion being issued to the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak.
This was reported by Ua.News sources.
The case concerns his alleged interest in real estate linked to the “Dynasty” cooperative. Sources point to Yermak’s possible involvement in construction on the site of a former recreation facility, where several houses are already being built.
Audio recordings may confirm his involvement based on statements by Tymur Mindich, a figure in the high-profile “Midas” criminal case.
Searches are underway in the government quarter, where on the morning of 28 November NABU and the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP) arrived to conduct investigative actions. These actions have official authorization and are part of the broader investigation into corruption schemes.
NABU and SAP are conducting searches targeting the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, in the government quarter on the morning of 28 November. Yermak has confirmed that NABU and SAP also searched his apartment.
It is known that on 26 November, Rustem Umerov gave testimony to NABU as a witness in the “Mindich case.”
Earlier, NABU recordings revealed that the person behind the scheme involving “Israeli body armor” was Tymur Mindich, who, according to his own words, invested “300 million hryvnias” in it and demanded that Defence Minister Umerov “resolve the issue,” to which Umerov verbally agreed.
