A minor Russian agent was sentenced to 10 years in prison for orchestrating Russian attacks
A 17-year-old Russian military intelligence agent was sentenced to 10 years in prison. The verdict was handed down based on evidence gathered by military counterintelligence and investigators from the Security Service of Ukraine.
The SBU exposed the minor in November 2024. She was coordinating Russian airstrikes in the Chernihiv region, using taxi rides as a cover.

As the investigation revealed, the suspect used her taxi rides as a cover to track the locations of Ukrainian air defense systems, which the Russians were targeting with a series of strikes.
Among the enemy’s primary “targets” were the combat positions of anti-aircraft missile systems and radar stations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces defending northern Ukraine.
SBU officers documented the spy’s espionage activities and caught her “red-handed” while she was taking photos and videos of a military facility.
It was established that the minor came to the attention of Russian intelligence while searching for “easy” money on Telegram channels.
Lured by the promise of “quick” money, she agreed to drive around the area under the guise of taking taxi rides for personal errands.
Upon returning home, the traitor compiled intelligence data for a subsequent “report” to Russian military intelligence.
At the scene of her arrest, authorities found a smartphone in the enemy collaborator’s possession containing files with the locations of the Defense Forces and an anonymous chat in a messaging app, through which she communicated with her handler from Russia’s GRU.
Based on evidence from the Security Service, the court found the agent guilty of treason.
Since she was a minor at the time of the crime, the court sentenced her to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
This was reported by the SBU press service.
The SBU detained a Russian agent who planted explosives near a government building in the center of Rivne.
Earlier, the SBU’s counterintelligence unit detained a Russian military intelligence agent in the Donetsk region who was guiding guided aerial bombs and strike drones in the Sloviansk direction.
The Russian intelligence agent changed jobs at various enterprises in Dnipro to gather information for adjusting Russian strikes. Eventually, the man secured a position at a defense sector enterprise, where he drew up detailed diagrams of workshops and warehouses.
