Nova Poshta will deliver packages between Ukraine and Canada
"Nova Poshta" has entered the Canadian market and launched a new international service for its customers. Now, documents and packages weighing up to 30 kg can be shipped between Canada and Ukraine, with delivery taking as little as five days.
Canada has become the 18th country served by Nova Post’s international network. The company announced the launch of the new route and is already accepting shipments between Canada and Ukraine. Customers can send documents and packages weighing up to 30 kg. For Ukrainians in Canada, this makes it easier to receive items and documents from Ukraine, as well as to send packages to their families.
The service is available online. International shipments are processed through the Nova Post website or mobile app. After that, the package can be handed over to a courier or dropped off at one of approximately 1,100 UPS Store partner locations across Canada. The estimated delivery time between Canada and Ukraine is five days or more. The actual delivery time may depend on the route, customs clearance, and other circumstances related to international shipping.
How much does shipping from Canada to Ukraine cost?
The company has already published its base rates for shipments from Canada to Ukraine. The cost depends primarily on the package’s weight. According to Nova Post, a shipment weighing up to 1 kg will cost 37 Canadian dollars. That’s approximately 1,180 UAH at the exchange rate provided in the company’s announcement.
A package weighing up to 2 kg will cost 47 Canadian dollars, or about 1,500 UAH. A shipment weighing up to 10 kg will cost 99 Canadian dollars, which is approximately 3,160 UAH.
The most expensive of the basic options is a package weighing up to 30 kg. Delivery will cost 215 Canadian dollars, or approximately 6,870 UAH. Thus, a small package from Canada to Ukraine can be sent for 37–47 Canadian dollars, while heavier shipments will cost between 99 and 215 Canadian dollars.
