"Nova Poshta" has launched nighttime delivery to parcel lockers
Nova Poshta has launched a pilot project for nighttime delivery of packages to parcel lockers, through which nearly 160,000 packages were delivered in May alone.
The new service operates daily from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Poltava, and Dnipro, allowing customers to receive their packages first thing in the morning, even before the workday begins.
“Currently, nighttime delivery is operating as a pilot program. After successfully completing the testing phase, we plan to scale this initiative and launch nighttime delivery to parcel lockers in all cities with a population of over one million and regional centers across Ukraine. “Our goal is to build logistics that are as seamless and unobtrusive as possible, so that when a customer wakes up, their package is already waiting for them,” said Ivan Bogutsky, director of the logistics department for Nova Poshta’s parcel lockers.
The company also reported that it is continuing to optimize delivery speeds: while the average delivery time was 26.5 hours at the beginning of the year, it was reduced to 20.5 hours by May.
Earlier, the logistics company “Nova Poshta” warned the public about the appearance of fake job postings online that are being circulated in its name. Fraudsters are illegally copying the company’s logo and exploiting the well-known brand to trick users into clicking on dangerous links.
In addition, the “Nova” group of companies, which includes Ukraine’s largest private postal operator, “Nova Poshta,” is in negotiations to acquire a bank and plans to establish the country’s first financial inclusion bank. According to sources in the financial market and at the National Bank of Ukraine, the process is in its final stages and could be completed by the end of summer 2026.
