Paper TINs are no longer required in Ukraine: the document has been replaced by a digital version
Ukrainians no longer need to carry a separate paper taxpayer ID card, as it has been fully replaced by a digital document in the "Diya" app.
This was announced by Valeria Koval, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation, at the Mintsyfra Summit in Kyiv.
According to her, starting May 14, the electronic RNO-KPP card in “Diya” has the same legal force as the paper document.
The digital document contains a QR code that allows government agencies, banks, and other organizations to quickly verify the holder’s information. Users can also send the document directly from their smartphone via the app.
Ukraine has expandedonline services for veterans.
“Diia” will introduce appointment bookingeven for men with TCC issues.
