Police reported that a man was detained following a clash with the TCC in Lviv
The National Police and the Security Service of Ukraine have launched a pretrial investigation into a conflict involving military personnel from the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center in the Sykhiv district of Lviv. As part of the investigation, law enforcement officials have already detained one of the individuals involved in the case.
Specifically, National Police investigators are looking into an assault on a police officer who was maintaining public order during the incident.
The National Police have opened a criminal case regarding this incident under Part 2 of Article 345 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (threats or violence against a law enforcement officer). Police have identified the attacker.
In addition, the Security Service of Ukraine is conducting a pre-trial investigation under Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (obstruction of the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during a special period).
All evidence collected by the police while documenting this incident has been transferred to the SBU to be included in the criminal case file, the National Police clarified.
