PrivatBank launches an inclusive service for military personnel and veterans
PrivatBank is launching an Inclusive Service Department to support military personnel and veterans during their treatment and rehabilitation.
As part of the launch, over 140 bank employees underwent special training in trauma-informed communication and understanding the needs of veterans.
The training sessions were conducted with the support of the NGO “Human Capital Recovery Platform – Restart.”
The training covered the specifics of combat mindset, interaction in crisis situations, and the social support system for military personnel and their families.
The new service will allow veterans to access banking services directly during treatment or rehabilitation—including opening accounts, issuing or reissuing cards, and undergoing identity verification.
Services will be provided on-site—in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, aid centers, and local government offices.
PrivatBank, in partnership with the National Guard of Ukraine, has announced the launch of a new initiative—an exclusive collection of digital designs (skins) for bank cards in the Privat24 mobile app.
