The family of Kyiv City Council member Ptashnyk purchased a house in Kozin for ₴26 million

The family of Kyiv City Council member Viktoria Ptashnyk has added a new luxury property to its assets. The council member’s husband, Oleksandr Mamunya, has become the owner of a house in the village of Kozin in the Kyiv region, with a total value of over 26 million hryvnias.

According to published data, the 334-square-meter residential house cost 16.6 million hryvnias

In addition, the 2,400-square-meter plot of land on which the property is located cost another 9.4 million hryvnias.

Thus, the total cost of the purchase amounted to approximately 26 million hryvnias.

It is known that the new property is registered in the name of Oleksandr Mamunya, the husband of the Kyiv City Council deputy. The house is located in Kozin—one of the most prestigious suburbs of the capital, traditionally considered a place of residence for businesspeople, politicians, and wealthy citizens.

The total area of the purchased property is 334 square meters, and the land plot is 2,400 square meters. Details regarding the date of the transaction and the sources of funding for the purchase have not yet been specified.
