What to do if you haven't received your fuel cashback: an explanation from the Ministry of Economy
The Ministry of Economy has outlined the steps to take if you do not receive a cashback for purchasing fuel.

First, you need to check your bank card settings to see if transaction data sharing is enabled.
If cashback has not been credited previously, you should contact your bank’s customer support.
Cashback in “Dii” usually appears the day after the purchase, but delays of up to 7 days are sometimes possible.
If everything is set up correctly but the funds haven’t arrived, you should wait at least two days.
After that, submit a request using the appropriate form and attach a photo of the receipt.
The issue may also be related to the bank not having transmitted the transaction information—this can only be determined after verification.
