Fatal Car Accident in Khmelnytskyi Region: Audi Plunged into a Ditch, Killing Two People
A fatal traffic accident occurred in the Khmelnytskyi region, resulting in the deaths of two people.
The accident occurred on June 13 at around 12:30 p.m. between the villages of Kugaivtsi and Pochapyntsi in the Kamianets-Podilskyi district.
According to preliminary police reports, the 35-year-old driver of an Audi A6 lost control of the vehicle, veered off the road into a ditch, and the car overturned.
The driver and his 36-year-old female passenger died at the scene from their injuries.
Rescue workers had to extract the bodies of the victims from the wrecked vehicle. Law enforcement officials are investigating the circumstances and causes of the accident.
